Peter Franklin was responsible for the creation and testing of the German version of the successful intercultural competence development tool, The International Profiler.

Human resource development programmes incorporating The International Profiler, of which Peter Franklin is a licensed user, are devised and conducted in English and German by KIeM Institute for Intercultural Management, Values and Communication.

The International Profiler is available in English, French and German.
